Dr. Zhao graduated from Peking University Health Science Center and brings extensive clinical experience in both internal medicine and surgery, along with over 20 years of expert-level practice in ophthalmology. His strong medical background allows him to integrate conventional medical knowledge with Traditional Chinese Medicine for a comprehensive and effective approach to patient care.
In 2017, Dr. Zhao obtained advanced certifications in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture in Vancouver and founded Liang Zhao Acupuncture & Medicine Clinic. He specializes in acupuncture and TCM treatments for pain management, post-surgical recovery (including adhesion support), hormonal balance such as menopause, digestive and respiratory conditions, eye disorders (including dry eye and presbyopia), as well as cosmetic treatments such as facial rejuvenation and hair restoration.
